Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Next-day delivery for orders placed before 3:30 PM

• Same-day delivery (Dubai only) for orders placed before 1:00 PM, subject to confirmation

• No deliveries on Sundays

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)


• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

Worldwide


• Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days

• Free shipping on orders over $135 (AED 500)

• Flat rate of $14 (AED 50) for orders under $135

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or public holidays.



Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Return Conditions


• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and original packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• UAE: Free returns

• International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
